Ms. Monique L. Jackson is a nationally certified Life Coach, public speaker, educator, advocate, and the Executive Director and CEO of M.O.L.E.I.A. Enterprises, LLC. A passionate leader committed to empowering women, families, educators, and communities, Monique has dedicated more than 35 years to strengthening the lives of others through education, advocacy, mentorship, and community service.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a dual major in Design and Marketing from American Intercontinental University, a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota, and a Master of Science in K–12 Educational Studies from Capella University. She is also a fully credentialed Special Education Teacher with a gifted endorsement and has taught in both public and private educational settings for more than 17 years.

With over 25 years of experience working with Family Child Care Providers and Center Directors, Monique has become a respected consultant, trainer, and advocate within the early childhood education field. She also owned and operated her own childcare center in Los Angeles, California, where she developed a deep understanding of the importance of quality care, leadership, and early intervention services for children and families.

Monique is widely recognized for her work in mental health advocacy, family empowerment, and community outreach. In 2026, she received a Proclamation from the House of Representatives recognizing her dedication and impact as a true champion for families and mental health awareness. She is passionate about changing the narrative of the Black family by promoting healing, education, empowerment, self-advocacy, and community support.

As a National Certified Life Coach, Monique specializes in supporting single mothers and women entrepreneurs by helping them create balance, purpose, and strategies for personal and professional success. She is also a facilitator and trainer for childcare providers and professionals, offering workshops, presentations, and state-approved trainings on topics related to early intervention, special education, leadership, business development, social emotional learning, and wellness.

Her extensive credentials include certifications as a CPS-P, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Infant Family Associate, Certified Yoga Instructor, Social Emotional Learning Facilitator, and many others that support her holistic approach to education, advocacy, and wellness.

Monique is also the founder of the nonprofit organization Citizens Changing The Community, Inc., an organization focused on rebuilding communities and supporting displaced veterans and families affected by domestic violence. Through her work with Federation of Families and the M3 Youth MOVE Chapter alongside her daughter, she continues to advocate for youth and families impacted by mental illness while empowering teens to strengthen their voices through self-advocacy and leadership development.

A gifted storyteller and motivational speaker, Monique uses her voice, experiences, and knowledge to inspire audiences across diverse platforms. Her passion, resilience, and dedication continue to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals, families, educators, and communities nationwide.

Monique is an active member of several professional and community organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., NAACP, National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC), POWER, UNCF, Mom Biz Boss, Mom Squad International, American Mothers, Jack and Jill of America Associate Membership, Georgia Association of Educators, National Education Association, NAMI, and BCDI, among many others.

Through every role she serves, Monique remains committed to educating, inspiring, advocating, and empowering others to reach their fullest potential.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Monique is a proud single mother to her adult daughter, who is currently attending college. She describes her daughter as a beautiful, compassionate, brilliant, and bold young woman who is deeply adored and cherished. Her daughter serves as the inspiration and driving force behind everything she does.

Monique’s journey as a mother has fueled her passion for advocacy, education, empowerment, and community impact. The legacy she is building through M.O.L.E.I.A. Enterprises, LLC, her nonprofit work, public speaking, and community service is rooted in creating opportunities, stability, and generational empowerment not only for her daughter, but for the family and future generations that will follow.
